Student Championship is Global Management Challenge India premier event dedicated to students and young managers from premier Management Institutes of India. The competition consists of 3 Phases: Qualification, National and International.
8 best teams from Student Championship will be nominated for participation in GMC India National Finals and the winner of the competition will go on to participate at GMC International Finals as “Team India” and compete for the world title.
The competition is open to participation for students from premier Management Institutes (based on NIRF Rankings 2022).

Note: Choose “Other” in case students belong to an institute not mentioned in the list.
To participate in the challenge, students must align themselves in a team of 3-5 members.
One member among the Team must be nominated as “Team Captain”. All communication with regard to participation of team in the challenge will be made with Team Captain.
Note: A student must register with only 1 team, or else the entire team shall disqualify.
Participants in GMC are eligible for “Diploma in Management” issued by SDG – Simuladores e Modelos de Gestao, Portugal.
GMC is accredited by EFMD with EOCCS Certificate. As of August 2022, there are only 72 Management Programs, that have received this recognition.
Note: Only the students that qualify Qualification Round are eligible for it.
There are No Registration Charges for student team participation in GMC India.
Teams that qualify for Round 1 (i.e. after the results of the Qualification Round), must deposit a basic competition fee of Rs. 8,000/- per Team, for the issue of SDG Certificates and further participation in the challenge.
GMC helps managers to enhance their managerial potential by working on Business Simulator and developing Cross – Functional knowledge.

The team that will win the National Competition will go on to represent Team India at Global Management Challenge International Finals and compete for World Title.
Managers that participate in GMC are awarded EFMD EOCCS Certified Training Certificate. This certificate guarantees the quality of program.
Participating Managers in Global Management Challenge will be awarded membership of the GMC India Alumni Community – a group of best managerial talent in the country.
The Top 3 Teams in the National Competition will be awarded with lucrative cash prize, for their successful performance in the competition.
